Your Rights & Responsibilities

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "hd77a," "we," "us," "our" refers to the hd77a platform, operated at hd77a.net, and its affiliated entities responsible for operating the online gaming services described herein.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the hd77a platform, whether or not a financial transaction has occurred.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player to access hd77a's services, associated with a single verified identity.
• "Platform" refers to the hd77a website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated software, tools, games, sportsbook, and services accessible at hd77a.net.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real money funds and eligible bonus funds held within a Player's hd77a account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-withdrawable promotional credits credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements as defined in Section 6.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited by a Player from verified personal sources, which are withdrawable subject to verification and these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager using eligible Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures that hd77a may require players to complete before processing withdrawals or fulfilling other account functions.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any territory where participation in online gambling is explicitly illegal under applicable national law.

Access to and use of the hd77a platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and participate in any activity on hd77a. By creating an account, you confirm under declaration that you have attained this minimum age.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking full legal capacity are prohibited from registering.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of hd77a is lawful in your jurisdiction. hd77a does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and is not responsible for your compliance with local laws.
• Single Account: Only one (1) account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts for purposes of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Own Funds: You must only deposit and wager funds that belong to you and have been obtained from lawful sources. Use of funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or on behalf of third parties is strictly forbidden.

To use hd77a's services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following conditions apply:

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. hd77a reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information at any time.
• You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hd77a login credentials.
• Sharing your hd77a account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. You accept full liability for all activities conducted through your account.
• hd77a may require you to complete KYC verification at any point — particularly before processing your first withdrawal or if your account activity triggers risk assessment procedures. Required documents typically include a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport) and proof of address.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hd77a may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

hd77a accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the platform, which include but may not be limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency wallets including USDT and BTC.

All deposits to hd77a must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposit to the originating source. hd77a does not accept responsibility for any bank charges, exchange rate losses, or transaction fees levied by your payment provider in connection with deposits.

Subject to the conditions set out in these Terms, you may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time via the withdrawal section of your hd77a account dashboard. The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds to your hd77a account, or to verified accounts formally associated with your KYC profile.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method and player verification tier.
• hd77a targets processing of withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing timeframes of your selected payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically same-day. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• hd77a reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of compliance obligations. Players will be notified of any such hold.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus funds.

hd77a offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, unused bonus funds and associated pending winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• hd77a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is active and a player has already accepted it, any modifications will not apply retroactively to that player's existing bonus.
• hd77a reserves the right to withhold or void bonus awards where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, coordinated bonus farming, or use of artificial betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• Players who self-exclude or have active responsible gaming restrictions applied to their account are not eligible for bonus offers during the period of restriction.

All games available on the hd77a platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino, table games, Tower, Limbo, and video poker — operate under the following conditions:

• All RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games are accessible within each game's information panel.
• Live casino games operate using real physical equipment managed by professionally trained dealers in regulated studio environments. hd77a has no ability to influence the outcome of live dealer games.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, hd77a's decision on the resolution of the affected round is final. hd77a is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, engage in collusion with other players, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• hd77a's game providers may update games, including modification of RTP figures or feature mechanics, in line with their own licensing obligations. hd77a will endeavour to publish material game changes where practical.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on hd77a, including but not limited to PSL cricket, international cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and all other listed sports markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the verification of sufficient account balance at the time of bet placement.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the Player except where the hd77a platform expressly provides a "Cash Out" option and that option remains available for the specific bet.
• hd77a reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently found to be the subject of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation — regardless of whether the outcome would have resulted in a winning or losing bet.
• Obvious pricing errors, including but not limited to odds that are clearly anomalous compared to market conditions, will be void. hd77a will notify affected players and restore their stake. No claim for profit based on an obvious pricing error will be honoured.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live data and timing systems used by hd77a's sportsbook provider. Any bets placed after the relevant event outcome has occurred, due to data delays, will be voided and the stake returned.
• Event results used for settlement are based on official results published by the relevant sporting authority at the conclusion of the relevant match or event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hd77a platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Detection of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, withholding of balances pending investigation, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Creation of multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming promotional bonuses more than once.
• Money laundering or use of hd77a for any purpose connected to criminal activity, including depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of third parties.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets without genuine human decision-making input.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players in any game, including live casino or poker-format games, to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of the house or other players.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at hd77a staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Chargeback fraud — initiating payment disputes or chargebacks through your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.

hd77a is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The following tools and policies are in place to support player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, further betting is suspended until the next limit period begins.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of their hd77a account.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic notifications that display total session time and net gaming result at defined intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a defined period of between one week and five years. During self-exclusion, the account is locked for all gaming and betting activity and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Permanent Closure: Players who believe they have a gambling disorder may request permanent account closure. hd77a will take reasonable steps to ensure such players are not solicited to return.

hd77a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold, freeze, or confiscate any balance, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or collusion.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Discovery that the account holder has provided false registration information.
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder in bad faith.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring the account to be restricted or closed.
• Where continuation of the account presents a material risk to the financial integrity of the hd77a platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hd77a reserves the right to retain any outstanding balance as a set-off against verified losses caused by the breaching conduct. Where closure occurs for other reasons, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player by the same method used for their most recent deposit, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

All content, software, technology, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, and proprietary systems displayed or accessible on the hd77a platform are the intellectual property of hd77a or its licensed third-party providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hd77a platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the hd77a platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of hd77a's intellectual property will result in termination of your account and may result in legal action. The hd77a name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers and may not be used without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hd77a's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hd77a expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses resulting from the Player's reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or service interruptions outside hd77a's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to the Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

hd77a collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the provision of its services. All data processing activities are governed by hd77a's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at hd77a.net/privacy-policy.

By creating an hd77a account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. You may withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time via your account settings or by contacting hd77a support.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or connected to your use of the hd77a platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as determined by hd77a's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents a Player from seeking local legal remedies available to them under the consumer protection laws of their jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of a dispute regarding any gaming outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact hd77a's customer support to attempt resolution through the platform's internal complaints procedure. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process within a reasonable timeframe, hd77a will provide information regarding applicable external dispute resolution options.

hd77a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hd77a will provide notice to registered players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the hd77a platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting hd77a support.
